Tom Zeeb
Tom got started in real estate investing in 2002. After making many mistakes and nearly getting wiped out by tenants and toilets, he started to research “nothing down” and other creative investing techniques to find a better way of investing. After discovering wholesaling, his real estate business (Prospice Properties, LLC) took off and he’s never looked back.
Tom believes wholesaling (and business in general) needs to have a strong customer service focus. He works hard to create true win-win solutions for both his sellers and buyers. The same successful approach is taught and evidenced with his mentoring students.
Tom has helped many mentoring students achieve their personal, business and financial goals during the past few years and is committed to continuing to change lives.
An entertaining, informative, and sought-after speaker, Tom conducts numerous seminars and boot camps throughout the year and speaks at many Real Estate Investor Associations. His specialty topics are wholesaling, negotiation and using technology for freedom.
Tom is passionate about travel and travel photography. He has been to more than 75 countries and enjoys creating spectacular images while practicing his negotiation skills on the locals.
Tom is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
Will Lansing
Will Lansing is a sought after expert on creative real estate investing and financing. Currently as a real estate investor, hard money lender, mentor, and speaker, Will enjoys teaching the strategies that helped him to create a regional $30MM a year real estate investing business in just under four years. He loves to help his students become independently wealthy and achieve their ultimate goals in life. Will began investing in real estate when he was 24 years old after meeting an associate who “flipped properties” for a living. Over that course of time, Will bought and sold, and was responsible for over 300 creative real estate transactions.
Will has developed industry leading templates, systems, and strategies to save investors thousands of dollars on the deals they do. He specializes in teaching his students how to convert prospects into true deals, with a revolutionary seller conversion process that he personally developed. Will also carries the knowledge and experience of dealing with every type of distressed seller situation. Will has developed the systems and knowledge to create a real estate empire and teaches his students how to do the same, saving them from the costly mistakes and time consuming errors that he has learned over his career.

Carolina Zeeb
As an investor, Carolina is a wholesaler who focuses on the Latino community in the DC metro area. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she moved to the US in 2001 after receiving a B.A. in Business from the University of La Sabana.
She worked as an Event Planner for an association in DC before becoming a certified Loan Officer for the Latino division of a large mortgage company.
Carolina is a full time investor and offers Spanish language support services to other investors who need help with their Latino clients. Her company, Palma Properties, LLC, was started in 2003.
