Over the course of the next 4 years, Will and his business partners built a real estate investment company generating $30MM in revenue per year. Over that course of time, Will bought and sold, and was responsible for over 300 creative real estate transactions.

Will has developed industry leading templates, systems, and strategies to save investors thousands of dollars on the deals they do. He specializes in teaching his students how to convert prospects into true deals, with a revolutionary seller conversion process that he personally developed. Will also carries the knowledge and experience of dealing with every type of distressed seller situation.
